THE CATALYST

The Catalyst is a mixed-use building that addresses Seattle’s focus on
design excellence. The features for this project are generating a market return, creating a positive community impact, and address the living building challenge and focus our efforts towards three petals. The three petals include Energy, Beauty, and Materials review, as well as supplying clarity, efficiency, and character in new developments.
